We are committed to
instilling the concept of sustainability in our staff and students. Two
key aspects of our curriculum are to generate solar energy and recycle
domestic waste.
Students are encouraged to explore these concepts via appropriate projects. As a school we aim to continually reduce our dependence on energy generated from fossil fuels by using low energy – rating equipment and increasing the generation of onsite solar power. Students explore the concept of solar cells and storage of energy via hands on experience in our labs and also take up projects to streamline waste generated at the school and carry out composting / vermicomposting of biodegradable materials and recycling of other non-degradable waste.
